E-me
E-Me is a new and free knowledge platform designed to organize employee training and regulatory content.
Until now, the Ministry of Labor required companies to conduct annual training for employees on various regulatory issues, including sexual harassment prevention and workplace safety. With E-Me, a company's training manager can send learning content directly to employees' smartphones and receive detailed reports on their performance.
The platform consists of two interfaces:
an admin interface for desktop, which allows managers to manage content, employees, and performance reports, and a smartphone interface for employees to access learning content.
The admin interface for the training manager (at the IEC for example)
A main screen with quick shortcuts to common actions and a small statistic window:
An employee management screen for searching, editing, and sorting employees:
A screen for adding new employees manually or uploading them in bulk via Excel:
A learning management screen that displays regulatory (already exists in a structured) and professional learning content uploaded by the admin:
A screen for edit / uploading professional tutorial and defining employees who will receive it based on specific team, department, or employee keywords:
A screen forwatching and downloading complete statistics files for a specific student or department, team, or employee.:
The smartphone application interface for employees
A main screen displaying progress and status updates for the user's tasks and other employees in their team:
Document database for digital viewing and signing confirmation of reading documents:
A study buffer for accessing learning tutorials:
A screen for receiving details and starting learning tasks:
Viewing the tutorial on a balanced screen (horizontal screen):
The application also includes a customized design screen where the admin can adjust the application's appearance to match their company's branding colors.
